Direct booking, no commission
The margin and the guest stay yours.
Pluton Studio builds websites for hotels, villas and apartments in Sarandë, Ksamil, Vlorë and Durrës, where guests book directly with you, with no commission. A site with rooms, prices and a booking form starts from €700, about 64,000 lek, and goes live within 3 to 5 weeks.
From January to August 2026 Albania recorded 9.4 million entries by foreign nationals, 5.3% more than a year earlier (Top Channel). The demand is there; the question is how much of it books with you directly.
Summer guests choose in spring, on a phone: they compare the nightly price, the distance to the sea, the cancellation terms and whether anyone replies within the day. A site that launches in July has missed that decision. So we start the site in winter, so it is live when the searching starts.
Booking platforms usually take around 15% of every stay in Europe, plus payment fees. In a short season, where every July and August night counts, that share eats a large part of the profit.
We do not tell you to switch the platforms off: they bring new guests. The goal is for the guest who finds you anyway, the one who returns every year and the one searching on Google, to book directly with you. How to split the work between channels is in how to reduce booking commission.
For a hotel, a villa in Ksamil or a few apartments in Vlorë, the site is built around the booking:
Under the 2026 fiscal package, accommodation businesses have had to accept cards since the end of May 2026, and every invoice is fiscalised in real time. That makes an online deposit the natural answer: the guest pays the first part when booking, no-shows drop, and the rest is settled at reception on the terminal.
We build the site with the policies, terms and payment page the bank checks before switching payments on, and connect it to a certified fiscalisation provider. The deadlines and the three routes are in Albania's POS mandate; your accountant confirms the tax obligations for your own case.
Tirana's hotels work all year, with business travellers and weekend visitors rather than one season. Their site has to show free rooms at once and let a guest book on a phone in a few steps; the system is the same.
ZOE Hotel in Prishtina takes direct bookings through a multilingual booking flow (the full case). BioLand, lakeside timber villas in Novobërdë, takes direct bookings from every villa's page, in two languages. For Sapphire Hotel the room catalogue scales to stays and events.

Pluton Studio writes these terms into every quote, so you know exactly what you get and when.
The engineer who will build your project answers every message, not a salesperson. The fixed written quote follows within two working days of the first call.
The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Any scope change is quoted separately, before work on it starts.
Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.
You approve the design on screen before any code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, plus small changes to text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.
Half at the start, half at go-live. Above €3,000, payment is split into three milestones tied to deliverables. We never ask for full payment up front.
The domain and accounts are registered in your name from day one, and you can export your content at any time. No mandatory subscription.
Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships within the performance budget set in the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.
In winter. The site goes live within 3 to 5 weeks, and summer guests choose in spring; it needs to be live and on Google before the searching starts.
Yes, because a direct booking carries no commission and leaves you the guest's contact for next year. The platforms stay as an extra channel, and a shared calendar keeps every room sold only once.
It starts from €700, about 64,000 lek, for a site with rooms, prices and a booking form. A full booking system with a live calendar starts from €3,000.
Yes, through the e-commerce gateway of your bank in Albania. The guest pays the first part when booking and the rest at reception.
Direct booking is tied to the calendar where you sell your rooms, whether a hotel system or a channel manager, so a room sold on one channel closes on all of them.
