Website care plans

A site is not finished at launch: it needs hosting that stays up, updates that close security holes, and someone to make the changes the business actually asks for. Three plans, monthly, one month's notice.

01

What you are actually buying

Most maintenance offers are a ticket queue: you write in, a coordinator triages it, and eventually your code is opened for the first time by someone who has never seen it.

Here the plan buys the engineer who built the site. Nothing has to be explained twice, a change that would cost a stranger a day usually takes an hour, and the person answering knows what the last change touched and why.

It also buys the boring half, which is where the real risk lives: hosting, certificates, backups, dependency updates and monitoring.

02

The three plans

Every plan runs monthly and includes hosting, SSL, daily backups, dependency and security updates, and uptime monitoring. What changes between them is how much of our time is reserved for you and how fast we answer.

Prices are per month. Plans run monthly with one month's notice, and everything stays yours if you leave.

03

The included change hours

The hours are for real changes: new photos, a new page, a price update, a seasonal banner, a form field, a bug that appeared after a browser update. You send what you want and we do it inside the hour.

Hours do not roll over into the next month, because the plan reserves a slot in our week rather than building a bank of credit. If a request needs more time than the plan carries, we say so before we start and quote the difference separately.

04

Response time, in writing

Base: an answer by the end of the next working day. Growth: an answer the same working day. Store: the same working day and ahead of everything else, because a store that cannot take an order is losing money by the hour.

Downtime is treated the same on every plan: monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice, and we start immediately.

05

What is not included

New features, a redesign, a second language, a new store module or anything that changes what the site does is a project and is quoted separately. The plan keeps the site you have healthy and current; it does not quietly build the next one.

We do not run advertising, manage ad budgets or write your content.

Third-party costs that belong to you stay yours: the domain, licensed fonts, a payment provider's fees, an email service. We tell you what each one is before it starts.

06

The terms

Plans are monthly, paid monthly, and stop with one month's notice. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.

If you leave, everything stays yours: the repository, the domain, the accounts, the content and a copy of the latest backup. We help move it to whoever comes next.

The first 30 days after launch are covered by the launch warranty, not by a plan: defects inside the delivered scope are fixed at no cost, plan or no plan. Small content changes such as text, photos and prices are included in those 30 days too; from day 31 they come out of a plan's hours or a separate quote. The full list is on what every site we build includes.

07

Which plan fits

Base fits a business website that changes a few times a year: opening hours, photos, a new service page.

Growth fits a site that is part of how you sell: regular content, campaigns, and a monthly look at what speed and search are doing.

Store fits an online store or a booking system, where an hour offline or a broken checkout costs real money and someone has to be watching the order flow.

If you are not sure, start lower. Moving up takes an email and starts the same month; moving down starts the next one.

What we put in writing

These are not marketing lines. They are the terms that go into every quote we send, so you know exactly what you get and when.

01

A reply within one working day

Every message is answered by the engineer who will build the project, not by a salesperson. The fixed written quote follows within two working days of the first call.

02

A fixed, written, final price

The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately, before they happen.

03

Delivery windows we keep

Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.

04

Design approved before we build

You see and approve the design on screen before a line of code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and so are small content changes such as text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.

05

Payment in two halves

Half at the start, half at go-live. Projects above three thousand euros are split into three milestones tied to deliverables, never paid in full up front.

06

Everything is yours from day one

Domain, accounts and content are registered in your name, and the code lives in your repository from the first commit under a full licence to use it. Every remaining right transfers on final payment. No mandatory subscription, no locked code, no hostage situation.

07

A 30-day warranty and measured performance

Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships inside the performance budget written into the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to take a care plan?

No. The site is yours and it will keep running without one. A plan is what you buy if you want someone accountable for it staying fast, current and online, and for the changes actually getting made.

What counts as an hour?

Real work on your site: the change itself, the check that it did not break anything else, and the deploy. We log what was done each month and send it with the invoice.

Can you maintain a site you did not build?

Sometimes. We review the code first and tell you honestly whether we can take responsibility for it. If it is built on something we cannot maintain safely, we say so instead of taking the money.

What happens if the site goes down?

Monitoring alerts us, usually before anyone writes in. We start immediately on every plan and keep you posted until it is back.

Is hosting included or billed separately?

Included, for the sites we build: the plan covers hosting and SSL for a normal business site or store. If traffic or storage grows past what standard hosting covers, we show you the provider's bill and agree the difference before it applies.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Moving up starts the same month, moving down starts the next one. One email is enough.
