Every website Pluton Studio builds in Prishtina includes 12 months of hosting and maintenance from launch, with the scope written into your quote. After year one, the maintenance fee is agreed per project, with no mandatory subscription.

For the first 12 months your site gets hosting with HTTPS, security updates, backups, monitoring and bug fixes. The first 30 days also carry the warranty and small content changes. The domain, accounts and content are in your name from day one, so you can leave without friction whenever you want.
What do the first 12 months include?
Hosting and maintenance for the first 12 months are part of the build, at no additional charge for that period. The agreement records the coverage start and end dates, and the quote defines what maintenance covers.

What happens after the first year?
Before the included period ends, we agree how the service continues. The maintenance fee after year one is set per project, because a brochure site and a store with orders and payments do not need the same work. You get the scope and the fee in writing before you decide.
Continuing is not mandatory. The domain and hosting remain small, predictable costs, and a well-built site needs little maintenance.
How you leave, whenever you want
The domain is registered to you, or stays where it already is. Hosting, analytics and email are opened under your company, with us added as collaborators you can remove.
If you decide not to continue, we hand over the access without friction, together with the handover document: where everything lives, which accounts exist, how to publish content and how to restore a backup. Content exports in a standard format and the site keeps running.

A reply within one working day
The engineer who will build your project answers every message, not a salesperson. The fixed written quote is free and follows within two working days of the first call.
A fixed price in writing
The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Any scope change is quoted separately, before work on it starts.
Delivery windows we keep
Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.
Design approved before we build
You approve the design on screen before any code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, plus small changes to text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.
Payment in two halves
Half at the start, half at go-live. Larger projects split payment into three milestones tied to deliverables, and the quote says which schedule yours follows. We never ask for full payment up front.
Domain, accounts and content in your name
The domain and accounts are registered in your name from day one, and you can export your content at any time. No mandatory subscription.
A 30-day warranty and measured performance
Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships within the performance budget set in the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.

Yes, during the build we set up the domain, hosting and professional email on your domain. The email service is specified separately in the quote and the account is opened in your company's name, so the addresses stay yours even if you change provider one day.
Will you take over a slow or hacked site you did not build?
Yes, if it makes technical sense. First we look at what the site is built on: a slow site gets measured with Google's own tools before we touch anything, and with a hacked site we start from access, meaning who holds the domain, the hosting and the accounts. Then, before you pay, we tell you whether fixing and maintaining it as it is makes sense or a rebuild costs less than constant patching, as with redesigning an existing site.
Who makes content changes after the first 30 days?
After the first 30 days, you make content changes yourself if the site has the simple panel for text, photos and prices, or we do, as the maintenance scope in the quote sets out. Changes outside that scope are quoted before we make them.
How do I leave if I do not want to continue?
You tell us, and that is enough. The domain, accounts and content are in your name from day one, so we hand over the access without friction, you remove us as collaborators and the site keeps running. There is no mandatory subscription and no fixed term.
