Only free times
Clients see only the times they can really take.
Your client picks a service, sees only the times that are genuinely free and books without calling you. You run the day from a panel on your phone and get a notification for every new booking or cancellation. We build it for beauty salons, barbers, clinics, dentists, physiotherapists, gyms and any business that sells its time by the appointment, in Kosovo, Albania and the diaspora.
We build your own booking system: the page where clients book a time that is genuinely free, the panel where you run the day, and a notification for every new booking or cancellation. A site with a simple booking form starts from €700 (3 to 5 weeks); a full booking system with an owner panel and notifications starts from €3,000, with a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks. Reminders by Viber or WhatsApp and deposits against no-shows can be added as options. We built the online booking for Ariana Studio in Prishtina.
A good booking system does three jobs: it shows the client only the times they can really take, it closes the appointment without a phone call, and it gives you a clear view of the day. These are the parts we build:
For Ariana Studio, a nails, pedicure and waxing studio in Prishtina, we built the site and the booking system. A client picks one or more services, sees only the times that are free for that exact appointment and books in three steps, in Albanian or English.
The owner runs the day from the panel on her phone: the calendar, the clients, the menu and the opening hours. The panel installs on the home screen like an app, and every new online booking or cancellation by a client reaches her iPhone, Android phone or laptop as a notification. Payment happens at the studio, so the booking asks for no card.
The menu knows its own rules: services that overlap cannot be booked together, and every change the owner makes to the services, the hours or the rules shows on the site straight away.
The calendar logic changes from one business to the next. Before we write any code, we settle together what your calendar has to know.
Hotels and car rentals book nights and cars, and have their own pages: hotel websites and car rental websites. For restaurants, see online table reservations.
| Business | What gets booked | What the system has to know |
|---|---|---|
| Beauty salon, nails, barber | Services with a duration | Who performs the service, cleanup time after each one, which services go together |
| Clinic and dentist | Visits and check-ups | The doctor, the chair or room, first visit or check-up, minimal patient details |
| Physiotherapy and massage | Sessions and session packages | The therapist, the room and the sessions left in a package |
| Gym and fitness studio | Group classes and personal training | Capacity per class, the waiting list and the trainer |
| Consultants, lawyers, accountants | Meetings | In the office or online, the length and the break between meetings |
| Car service and car wash | Service slots | The bays you have, the length of the job and the pick-up time |
Ready-made booking tools start fast, and for many businesses they are enough. Your own system makes sense when booking is part of the brand, when your rules do not fit a template, or when you would rather not pay every month for something you use every day. We say so plainly when a ready-made tool is enough for you.
| Your own system | Ready-made subscription | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | One investment, plus hosting and maintenance | A monthly fee for as long as you use it, set by the provider |
| Site and brand | Booking inside your own site, on your domain | A booking page within the provider's options |
| Rules | Built around the way you work | You adapt to the tool |
| Client data | In your accounts, exported whenever you want | In the provider's system, on its terms |
| Changes | You ask, and it goes into the queue | You wait, if the provider decides to build it |
A client who does not turn up is a real cost for a salon or a clinic: the hour stays empty and can no longer be sold. These are the options we can build into your system, depending on what your clients accept.
Viber and WhatsApp reminders go out from the business's account on that channel, on the channel's own terms and fees; the differences are in WhatsApp vs Viber for business. At Ariana Studio payment happens at the studio and the booking asks for no card, and the owner can choose to have online bookings wait for her confirmation.
A booking system holds names, phone numbers and a history of visits. At clinics and dentists it can also hold health information, which the law treats separately. In Kosovo, Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data classes data on a person's health as sensitive and requires security measures that match the risk, such as encryption. In Albania, Law No. 124/2024 lists health data among the special categories.
So the system collects only what the appointment needs. The public form asks for a name and a phone number, not a diagnosis; clinical notes, where needed, stay in the panel and are seen only by the people who need them. Your obligations as the data controller are for your lawyer to confirm; we build the system to carry them.
There are two levels. A site with a simple booking form, where requests come to you to confirm, starts from €700, the same as a regular website, and takes 3 to 5 weeks.
A full booking system, with live availability, an owner panel and a notification for every booking, starts from €3,000, the same floor as our web apps and platforms. The first working version lands within 4 to 6 weeks, and the rest is built in phases on a written plan.
From there the price moves with how many staff, rooms or bays are booked, how many locations you run, card deposits, message reminders, connections to the tools you already use, the languages, and moving your clients over from the list or tool you use today.
After one call you get a fixed written quote within two working days. Payment: half at the start and half when the system goes live; above €3,000, in three milestones. Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The other systems we build are on platforms.
Clients see only the times they can really take.
New bookings and cancellations reach your phone.
Clients and history live in your accounts.
Real, shipped work for real clients across Kosovo and Europe.
These are not marketing lines. They are the terms that go into every quote we send, so you know exactly what you get and when.
Every message is answered by the engineer who will build the project, not by a salesperson. The fixed written quote follows within two working days of the first call.
The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately, before they happen.
Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.
You see and approve the design on screen before a line of code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and so are small content changes such as text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.
Half at the start, half at go-live. Projects above three thousand euros are split into three milestones tied to deliverables, never paid in full up front.
Domain, accounts and content are registered in your name from day one, and the content exports whenever you want. No mandatory subscription.
Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships inside the performance budget written into the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.
With us, a site with a simple booking form starts from €700, and a full booking system with live availability, an owner panel and notifications starts from €3,000. The final price moves with the number of staff and locations, deposits, reminders and connections to the tools you use, and you get it as a fixed written quote within two working days of one call.
A site with a booking form takes 3 to 5 weeks. For a full booking system, the first working version lands within 4 to 6 weeks, and the other parts, such as deposits or message reminders, arrive in phases on the plan in the quote.
Yes, as an option. Reminders go out from the business's account on that channel, on the channel's own terms and fees, and they can also go by email or SMS. For the differences between the channels, see WhatsApp vs Viber for business.
Yes, as an option: the client pays a deposit or prepayment by card through your bank's virtual POS, and you set the refund rules. For many businesses it is enough to have bookings from new clients wait for your approval.
The form asks only for what the appointment needs, clinical notes stay in the panel behind separate roles, the connection is encrypted and the data stays in your accounts. Health data is treated separately in both Kosovo and Albania, so confirm your obligations with your lawyer.
Not necessarily. Clients book from your site, and your panel installs on your phone's home screen like an app, with notifications, just as the Ariana Studio owner's does. If you do need an app in the stores, see mobile app development and what an app costs.
Usually yes, if your current tool lets you export them. Moving clients and upcoming appointments is a separate line in the quote, and it happens before the day the new system goes live.
Tell us about your business in a few lines. Adrian Fusha, our founder, replies within one working day with a plan and a fixed quote. WhatsApp is usually faster.
