Terms of service

These terms apply between you as the client and Pluton Studio as the contractor, for any work that starts from a written quote we send.

These terms are for businesses. We do not take on consumers under them.

The individual quote always prevails: where a signed quote says something different from this page, the quote wins.

Our work is a contract for work under Kosovo law: we deliver a defined result, not hours. The scope is written into the quote, item by item, and the fixed price covers that scope.

Any addition or change is quoted separately and starts only once you confirm it in writing; an email is enough. There are no surprise invoices: if you did not approve it, it was not built.

Two rounds of design revisions are included. Further rounds are new work and are quoted as such.

Payment is by bank transfer in euro against an invoice. Work starts once the first payment is in.

The quote states which payment schedule applies to your project before work starts.

• We never ask to be paid in full up front.
• Each invoice states its due date; a late payment can pause the work until it is settled.
• Third-party services outside the included scope are specified in the quote. The hosting included for the first year is not charged separately.

The windows we publish are realistic targets. They count from the day we have what we need, not from the day you sign: business website 3 to 5 weeks, online store 5 to 8 weeks, web app or custom software a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks.

Keeping them needs your cooperation: content, access and answers within five working days. If something reaches us later than that, the date moves by the working days beyond those five, and we tell you in advance rather than at the end.

At go-live we hand the work over for acceptance. Going live does not by itself count as acceptance: you have 10 working days from go-live to report, in writing, anything that does not match the agreed scope. We fix those points within an agreed window.

The work counts as accepted when those 10 working days pass without such a report or, if you reported points, once they are fixed. That does not affect your rights under Kosovo law for defects that appear later.

Any defect found within 30 days of go-live is fixed at no cost. This is a commercial promise on top of your rights under Kosovo law, not instead of them. Small content changes such as text, photos and prices are included in the same 30 days.

The warranty covers defects in our work; it is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It does not cover changes made by you or a third party, outages at third-party providers, or new requirements that were never in scope.

The code we write belongs to Pluton Studio, unless we agree otherwise in the quote.

From the day you sign the quote, you may use, change and run what we build for your business, without limit in time or place. The licence becomes permanent once the invoices for that work are paid.

All rights not granted to you stay with Pluton Studio. We may reuse our general code, components and know-how in other work, but never your brand, your content or your confidential data.

Open-source components and third-party materials such as fonts, licensed photography or libraries remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licences. We list these at handover.

We show your project as a case study or reference only after you agree in writing; an email is enough.

Website builds include 12 months of hosting and maintenance from launch. The quote records the coverage dates and included services. Before that period ends, we agree how the service will continue. Hosting runs on third-party infrastructure: we fix defects in our work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless the quote says so in writing.

Domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name. If you leave, you keep them and we hand over every credential without friction.

Everything you tell us about your business, from numbers to plans, stays between us, during the engagement and after it. If you have your own NDA, we review it and sign it where it fits the quote.

Personal data you entrust to us is handled under Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data and our privacy policy; where we process personal data on your behalf, we also sign a data processing agreement.

When you are an agency and we work under your brand, this non-solicitation clause applies during the engagement and for 24 months after the last delivery: we do not sell to your clients, write to them or name them as our references without your written permission, and we accept no work from them directly. If we break it, we pay you the full amount we invoiced that client for the work concerned.

The work ships unbranded wherever that is what you need: no credit line, no back link, no trace.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid for the project.

None of the limits and exclusions in this section apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or where Kosovo law does not allow a limit.

Outside those cases, we are not liable for:

• Lost profit, revenue or business.
• Indirect or consequential damage.
• Data or content you did not back up.
• Downtime or outages of hosting, domains, email, payment and bank gateways, AI models, app stores or any other third-party service, or of the internet.
• Attacks and security incidents at those providers.
• Changes made by you or by third parties.
• Content, images and data you supply, and their legality.
• Decisions by app stores, Google, Meta or other platforms, such as rejections or changes to their policies or rankings.
• Search rankings and traffic, which no one can guarantee.
• Answers given by AI features, which you review and approve.
• Your own legal, tax and fiscal obligations as a business.

There is no uptime or availability guarantee unless one is agreed in writing in the quote. We fix defects in our work, as set out above; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Events outside our control, such as prolonged power or network outages, natural disasters, war or acts of state, move the deadlines for as long as they last, with no liability on either side. They do not cancel payments already due.

Either side can end the project in writing at any time; an email is enough.

You then pay for the work done up to that day, as its share of the fixed price. Once that is paid, you receive what exists at that point, under the licence described above.

These terms and every contract under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, in particular Law No. 04/L-077 on Obligational Relationships. That holds for every client, wherever the client is based.

Disputes are settled first by agreement between us. Failing that, the courts of Prishtina have jurisdiction: for a dispute between businesses, the Commercial Court of Kosovo (Gjykata Komerciale).

These terms exist in Albanian, English and German. For clients in Kosovo the Albanian version applies; for international clients, in case of doubt, the English version governs.

If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays valid and the statutory rule applies in its place.
