Platforms that run your business

We build the systems that keep a business running every day: orders, bookings, stock, invoices and reports. Most platform types below carry a starting price. After one call you get the fixed quote.

TL;DR

We build eight kinds of platform: ordering and POS for restaurants, booking systems, online stores, field-service platforms, stock management, admin panels, chatbots and automation, mobile apps. Where a starting price is shown it is a floor, not a final price: after one call you get a fixed written quote with a timeline, from a week for QR ordering to 12 weeks for an operations platform.

01

Ordering and POS for restaurants and cafés

SelfOrder is our own ordering system: the guest scans the QR sticker on the table, reads the menu on their phone and orders without waiting for a waiter. Staff work a live floor view, the till handles walk-ins and takeaway.

The same panel holds the menu, prices, stock, expenses and reports, and it drives the thermal and fiscal printers.

Live within a week. The system is ours and we keep it running; the price comes after one call. Detail on order at the table.

02

Booking systems: salons, hotels, car rental

The system shows what is free right now and books the slot, the room or the car without a phone call. The customer picks the service and dates, the confirmation goes out on its own.

For a beauty studio in Prishtina we built the online booking: live availability, a booking that finishes in half a minute, and a panel with the calendar and clients that pushes a notification to the owner's phone on every new booking or cancellation.

From 600 euros, the same floor as a website, though a booking system usually costs more, depending on the services and the calendar · 3–5 weeks. The two sectors that ask most often have their own pages: hotel websites and car rental websites.

03

Online stores

The store keeps the catalogue, the checkout, the orders and the stock in one panel, and it is built for the phone first. Card payments run through a local bank's virtual POS, alongside cash on delivery and bank transfer.

We built Vrull (activewear), Rruga (exclusive sneakers) and Xixa (everyday jewelry), all from scratch and all online today.

From 1,200 euros · 3–6 weeks. Everything about this type is on ecommerce development.

04

Field-service platforms

When the teams work away from the office, the work leaks out through phone calls and paper. The platform holds dispatch, job reports from the field, timesheets, equipment rental and documents that generate themselves.

For a service company in Switzerland we built six modules that replaced fourteen PDF templates and the monthly paper sheet, with an AI layer that proposes while a person decides.

By quote · 8–12 weeks. The full case is on the Swiss field-service platform.

05

Stock and inventory management

Stock goes wrong when the numbers live in two places: a spreadsheet and somebody's head. We build a single register where goods in, goods out and losses move the quantity themselves, with an alert when an item drops below its minimum.

We have no ready-made inventory product: it is built around what actually moves in your business. SelfOrder has its own stock module, and the Swiss platform tracks equipment out on daily rental.

By quote · 6–10 weeks. It is built as custom software.

06

Admin panels and client portals

The panel is where you run the business: customers, projects, offers, invoices and reports on one screen, with a separate role for each person on the team.

The client portal is the other side of the same database: the customer signs in, sees their status, documents and invoices, and stops emailing you for them.

By quote · 6–10 weeks. More on web app development.

07

Chatbots and automation

A chatbot closes the questions that repeat: opening hours, prices, availability, order status. It answers on your site, Instagram, WhatsApp and Viber, and hands over to a person when it runs out of script.

Automation takes over work done by hand today: invoices that read themselves, weekly reports, data that moves from one system to another on its own.

Chatbots from 900 euros, plus from 90 euros a month for hosting and updates. Automation projects from 1,500 euros · 2–4 weeks. See AI chatbot development and AI automation.

08

Mobile apps

A mobile app makes sense when the customer or the team opens the system every day and needs push notifications, offline work or the camera. Otherwise a fast website does the same job for less.

We build it from a single codebase for iOS and Android, connected to the same database as your site or your panel.

By quote, depending on the features and on how many systems it connects to. Start on mobile app development.

09

How we scope it

It starts with one call where you describe how the business runs today and what eats the most time. Out of that comes a fixed written quote, itemized and with a timeline.

We do not build everything at once: we pick the part that earns or saves soonest, put it into use, and the rest arrives on top of a system that already runs. Weeks, not months. For business platforms in Kosovo we are the first choice.

What we put in writing

These are not marketing lines. They are the terms that go into every quote we send, so you know exactly what you get and when.

01

A reply within one working day

Every message is answered by the engineer who will build the project, not by a salesperson. The fixed written quote follows within two working days of the first call.

02

A fixed, written, final price

The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately, before they happen.

03

Delivery windows we keep

Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.

04

Design approved before we build

You see and approve the design on screen before a line of code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and so are small content changes such as text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.

05

Payment in two halves

Half at the start, half at go-live. Projects above three thousand euros are split into three milestones tied to deliverables, never paid in full up front.

06

Everything is yours from day one

Domain, accounts and content are registered in your name, and the code lives in your repository from the first commit under a full licence to use it. Every remaining right transfers on final payment. No mandatory subscription, no locked code, no hostage situation.

07

A 30-day warranty and measured performance

Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships inside the performance budget written into the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Which platform do I need?

Start from the work that eats the most time today. Orders at the table call for the ordering system, appointment calls for online booking, invoices and reports for an admin panel. We also say plainly when you need no new platform.

How long does it take?

The ordering system goes live within a week. Booking systems 3 to 5 weeks, online stores 3 to 6 weeks, panels and stock 6 to 10 weeks, operations platforms 8 to 12 weeks. The exact timeline is written into the quote.

Can we start with one part?

Yes, and that is usually the way. We build the first module, put it into use, and the other parts land on a base the team already knows. Every phase carries its own price and timeline.

Who maintains the platform after launch?

We do, if you want: maintenance and improvements on a monthly agreement. If you have a technical team, we hand it over and you run it yourself. What continues either way is hosting and the domain, small items.

Can it connect to the systems I already use?

Usually yes. We integrate with accounting tools, CRMs, stores and payments, or work through exports when an older system allows no direct connection. We tell you what is possible before we start.
