How does QR ordering at the table work?
Every table carries its own QR code. The guest scans it with the camera, the menu opens in the browser, and the order goes where it belongs without waiting for a waiter.
Orders arrive in rounds, the way a real table eats: drinks first, food next, dessert at the end. Every round goes onto the same table bill, so closing time produces one account.

What does SelfOrder include?
The platform has four parts. The guest sees only the menu and their own orders, the staff see the floor, and you see the numbers.
Prices move during the day, so the platform guards them: if a price changes while a guest is browsing, the order stops and is shown again with the new figure. No price is ever charged quietly.

The till and POS: running the venue all day
SelfOrder is more than a QR menu. It is the software that runs a restaurant or café from the first order to the end of the day: the floor, the counter and you see the same orders, bills and numbers.
Orders that do not come through the QR code go through the till at the counter, and takeaway has its own lane, kept apart from the tables.

Orders in your venue vs a delivery app
Delivery apps bring orders from outside and keep a percentage of every bill. Here the guest is already at your table: you pay no commission on that order, and the order history stays in your system.

How a venue goes live within a week
We set the venue up: the menu goes in with categories, prices and photos, QR codes are prepared for every table as stickers or as a print-ready PDF, the till is paired with the printer, and the staff get a short training session.
You give us the current menu with correct prices, the number of tables, and one contact who makes the decisions. If you have a fiscal printer, tell us the model so we can pair it beforehand.

A reply within one working day
The engineer who will build your project answers every message, not a salesperson. The fixed written quote is free and follows within two working days of the first call.
A fixed price in writing
The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Any scope change is quoted separately, before work on it starts.
Delivery windows we keep
Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.
Design approved before we build
You approve the design on screen before any code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, plus small changes to text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.
Payment in two halves
Half at the start, half at go-live. Larger projects split payment into three milestones tied to deliverables, and the quote says which schedule yours follows. We never ask for full payment up front.
Domain, accounts and content in your name
The domain and accounts are registered in your name from day one, and you can export your content at any time. No mandatory subscription.
A 30-day warranty and measured performance
Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships within the performance budget set in the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.
Frequently asked questions
How much does SelfOrder cost?
SelfOrder has no published price. After a short call, you get a free written quote within 2 days. The amount depends on the number of tables, on the till and printers to connect, and on how much work the menu entry takes. The venue buys its own printer or tablet, so the hardware stays yours.
Does the guest need an app?
No, the guest needs no app. The QR code opens the menu in the phone's browser and the order is sent from there, with no account and no password.
Can I use it as a menu only, without ordering?
Yes, SelfOrder has a menu-only mode that shows guests the menu with no ordering button anywhere. You can open ordering whenever you are ready, using the same QR codes already on the tables.
Does it work with a fiscal printer?
Yes. A print bridge on a computer in the venue sends receipts to the thermal printer and to a certified Kosovo fiscal printer. VAT is calculated by the fiscal device itself, from the rate groups programmed into it.
How long does it take to go live?
Going live usually takes a week. Most of that goes into entering the menu and the dish photos; the QR codes and the training take a single day.
What happens with takeaway orders?
Takeaway has its own lane, kept apart from the tables. Orders taken at the counter go through the till, print in the kitchen, and never mix with the bills on the floor.
