Business process automation

Invoices, reports, copying data from one system into another: work that eats the day and brings in no new customers. We automate it with the right tools and with AI, so your team spends its time on work that earns.

01

What process automation means

Your systems talk to each other and repetitive work happens on its own: documents get read, tables get filled, notifications get sent, reports assemble themselves. People decide, machines type.

02

Examples that pay back fast

For a field-service platform in Switzerland we built the iPad job reports, the crew timesheets and the German documents that generate themselves.

For businesses in Kosovo, these pay back fastest:

Processes businesses automate most often
ProcessWhat it looks like automated
Incoming invoicesRead by AI and posted to accounting on their own
Quotes and invoicesGenerated from one simple form
Weekly sales reportLands in your inbox every Monday, unasked
Online ordersFrom store to delivery list with zero copying
Overdue paymentsCourteous reminders that go out on schedule
Customer requestsA first automatic reply, then handover to your team
03

The tools: n8n, Make, Zapier or our own code

When a visual tool like n8n, Make or Zapier is enough, we build there: cheaper and faster. When you need security, speed or logic those tools cannot hold, we write code, as part of your own software.

We tell you honestly which one you need, with no unnecessary subscriptions. We run our own systems on these automations every day.

04

How we start

We start with a short conversation about your processes: where the hours go, what repeats, what gets forgotten. We pick the 2 or 3 that pay back fastest, build them, and measure the saved time together.

Why Pluton Studio

01

Fast payback

We start with the processes that pay for themselves.

02

Tools or code

n8n, Make, Zapier or code, chosen for your case.

03

Measurable

You see how many hours you save weekly.

What we put in writing

These are not marketing lines. They are the terms that go into every quote we send, so you know exactly what you get and when.

01

A reply within one working day

Every message is answered by the engineer who will build the project, not by a salesperson. The fixed written quote follows within two working days of the first call.

02

A fixed, written, final price

The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately, before they happen.

03

Delivery windows we keep

Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.

04

Design approved before we build

You see and approve the design on screen before a line of code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and so are small content changes such as text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.

05

Payment in two halves

Half at the start, half at go-live. Projects above three thousand euros are split into three milestones tied to deliverables, never paid in full up front.

06

Everything is yours from day one

Domain, accounts and content are registered in your name, and the code lives in your repository from the first commit under a full licence to use it. Every remaining right transfers on final payment. No mandatory subscription, no locked code, no hostage situation.

07

A 30-day warranty and measured performance

Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships inside the performance budget written into the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Which processes can be automated?

Any work that repeats with clear rules: invoices, reports, emails, data entry, notifications. If you do it the same way every week, it can very likely be automated. AI ideas: AI automation for small business.

Do I have to replace the software I use?

No. Automation connects the tools you already have (email, spreadsheets, your store, accounting) through automatic connections or exports.

How much does it cost and how fast does it pay back?

It depends on how many systems are connected and how complex the logic is. Small automations pay back quickly in saved hours, and we calculate that together before we build anything.

What are n8n, Make and Zapier?

Tools that connect applications to each other with visual blocks instead of long code. We configure them, keep them running, and extend them with code.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Access is minimal, keys are stored properly, and every automation is documented. Your data stays in your accounts, not ours.
