The site exists to present our services. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing written here forms a contract on its own.
VAT and invoicing
Pluton Studio is a business registered in Kosovo, outside the EU VAT area. Work for businesses in the EU and Switzerland is invoiced net: the client accounts for VAT in their own country under the reverse-charge rule.
For clients in Kosovo, invoices follow local tax law. If no VAT number appears in the list above, none has been issued yet; it goes on this page the day it is.
Payment is by bank transfer in euro. Every invoice itemises the quote it belongs to and states its due date.
Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Complaints are handled directly: write to us and you get an answer within one working day. If a disagreement survives that, the terms of service set out the governing law and the competent court.
Liability for content and links
We write the content of this site carefully, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete and current at every moment. Prices, delivery windows and examples are indicative until they are written into a signed quote.
Where we link to third-party sites, we have no influence over their content and do not adopt it as our own. No infringement was apparent when the link was set; if one is reported to us, the link comes down.

Where is Pluton Studio registered?
In Kosovo, based in Prishtinë. We work Central European hours and invoice in euro, which is also Kosovo's official currency.
Do you work with clients outside Kosovo?
Yes. Clients in the EU and Switzerland are a regular part of the work. Invoicing is net under the reverse-charge rule, and contracts can be signed in English or German.
