Who is responsible for the content
Adrian Fusha is responsible for the text, images and code on this site, at the contact details above. If something is wrong or out of date, write to us and it gets fixed. No lawyer needed for that.
The site presents our services. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing written here forms a contract on its own.
Invoicing
Pluton Studio is a business based in Prishtina, Kosovo, and invoices under Kosovo tax law. Any tax due in a client's own country is settled on the client's side; their accountant confirms how.
If no VAT number appears in the list above, none has been issued yet; we add it here as soon as it is.
Payment is by bank transfer in euro. Every invoice itemises the quote it belongs to and states its due date.
Applicable law and disputes
This site, its content and every contract with Pluton Studio are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo.
Complaints are handled directly: write to us and you get an answer within one working day. If a disagreement remains after that, the courts of Prishtina decide, as set out in the terms of service.
Liability for content and links
We write the content of this site carefully, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete and current at every moment. Prices, delivery windows and examples are indicative until they are written into a signed quote.
Where we link to third-party sites, we have no influence over their content and do not adopt it as our own. No infringement was apparent when we set the link; if one is reported to us, we remove the link.

Where is Pluton Studio based?
Pluton Studio is based in Prishtina, Kosovo. We work Central European hours and invoice in euro, which is also Kosovo's official currency.
Do you work with clients outside Kosovo?
Yes, Pluton Studio works regularly with clients in the EU and Switzerland. Contracts follow Kosovo law and are signed in English, or in Albanian with Albanian-owned businesses; invoices are issued from Kosovo, in euro.
