Online table reservations for restaurants in Kosovo

Table bookings that land in one calendar instead of your DMs. Guests pick a date and time on your site, get an automatic confirmation and a reminder before the visit. We build it into the restaurant website, linked to the QR menu.

TL;DR

Put a reservation widget on your site: the guest picks a date, time and party size, gets an automatic SMS or WhatsApp confirmation, and you see everything in one calendar. A reminder before the visit cuts no-shows. WhatsApp and Instagram stay as extra channels, not the main system.

1. Why calls and Instagram DMs no longer cut it

At peak hours nobody picks up the phone, DMs get buried in the inbox and nobody knows for sure how many tables are left. Online reservations do not replace those channels, they give them a home: every request lands in the same calendar with the time, party size and contact.

2. Reservation channels compared

Each channel has its place, from the classic phone call to a full widget on your site.

3. The widget and the confirmation

The widget is a block on your site: the guest picks a date, time and party size, leaves a name and phone, and sends it. You set the opening hours, how long a sitting runs, how many covers you take per slot, and whether bookings are auto-confirmed or held for manual approval. The fewer fields you ask for, the more bookings get completed.

The moment a booking is made, the guest gets a confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp with the date, time, party size and address. You get a real-time notification, and the same link lets the guest cancel or change the booking with no phone call.

  • The steps: date, time, party size, name and phone, send.
  • Works on mobile, where most of the traffic comes from.
  • No account and no app for the guest.

4. How to cut no-shows

No-shows are the hidden cost of every restaurant: the table sits empty and earns nothing. The fix is not to make the process harder, it is an automatic reminder a few hours before the visit with a 'Confirm' or 'Cancel' button.

The reminder gets people to cancel in time, so the table frees up for someone else. For large tables or high-demand evenings, a small deposit or a card on file lowers the risk further.

  • Automatic reminder a few hours before the visit.
  • One-tap confirm or cancel.
  • Optional deposit for big groups or hot dates.

5. Capacity and the link to the QR menu

The system knows your capacity: how many tables you have, how many covers they seat, and how long a group usually stays. When a slot fills up it closes itself, so you never double-book the same table. Seasonal rules live there too: terrace only in summer, different weekend hours, blocked-out private dates.

The 'Book a table' button belongs on the digital QR menu and on the restaurant website. That way the same traffic that browses the menu books without leaving.

6. How we build it

We build reservations inside your own site, not as an off-the-shelf box: one calendar, automatic confirmations and reminders, and WhatsApp requests landing in the same place. Common questions ('any room for 4 tonight') can be answered without staff, with AI automation.

We build the sites from scratch: for KROG a fine-dining brand site with large photography, for Pizza Hutt the full menu with food photography. Pricing depends on the number of tables, the channels and the automation. After a short conversation you get a clear quote.
