The way in
The entrance section: the brick front, the keypad by the door and the self check-in sign, in a slider of photos of the hotel itself.

ZOE Hotel is a boutique hotel in the centre of Prishtina. We built the site that shows its eight rooms and the streets around them, answers a guest's questions in English, Albanian and Turkish, and sends every guest who is ready straight to the hotel's own booking page.

ZOE Hotel is a boutique hotel with eight rooms and suites in central Prishtina, run on self check-in. We built its website in Next.js: a page for every room, a location page with walking times, an airport transfer page, a FAQ, a travel journal, event pages, and overview pages in Albanian and Turkish. Every Book button opens ZOE's booking page in thelobbyboy, the hotel system from Prishtina that the hotel runs, so guests always book against the hotel's live rates and availability. The site also describes the hotel to search engines and AI assistants: structured data, an llms.txt summary and a robots.txt that lets AI crawlers in.
ZOE Hotel is a boutique hotel in the centre of Prishtina, with eight rooms and suites in a brick building a few minutes' walk from the city centre. Guests check in on their own with a door code, and the hotel answers on WhatsApp around the clock.
The site had two jobs: make a guest want this room on this street, and keep the booking one tap away on every page, on a phone first.
The entrance section: the brick front, the keypad by the door and the self check-in sign, in a slider of photos of the hotel itself.

Location, home comfort, flexible stays and privacy, each told with a photo of the building or its rooms.

Each of the eight rooms has its own page: a photo gallery, the room type and how many guests it sleeps, the hotel's rules for check-in, check-out, cancellation and payment, and a booking block that stays in reach. The rooms list reads as large photos or as a compact grid.
Each room's web address carries the room's name and the city, so a single room can turn up in search on its own.
Each room opens with its photos, its type and how many guests it sleeps, one tap from its own page.

Every Book button on the site, in the header, on the homepage, on every room page and in the contact block, opens ZOE's booking page in thelobbyboy, the hotel system from Prishtina that the hotel runs. The guest picks dates and a room from live availability, and the booking goes straight into the hotel's own system.
That keeps the live rates in one place. The room pages carry no prices that could go out of date: the guest sees the current rate in the booking step, straight from the hotel's system. The offer line across the top of every page is a setting rather than code, so a new offer needs no new release.
Search engines are shown the same path: the hotel's structured data carries a reservation action that points to the booking page.
Under the gallery, the room's details sit next to a booking block whose button opens the hotel's booking page with live availability.

The site is in English, with overview pages and FAQs in Albanian and Turkish, each marked as a translation of the others so search engines show guests the right one.
Around the rooms sit the pages guests read before they book: where the hotel is and how long everything takes on foot, how to get in from the airport, a FAQ, and a journal of 14 travel guides to Prishtina and Kosovo. Event pages cover dates that fill the city, such as the Sunny Hill Festival and a Kosovo vs Turkey match day, the second in Turkish as well.
Next.js 15 and React 19 in TypeScript, with Tailwind CSS, motion for the headline and scroll animations, and smooth scrolling. The animations respect a device set to reduce motion, and a WhatsApp button follows the guest on every page.
The photos are cut in advance into four widths, from phone to large screen, and served as ready-made files, so a phone never downloads the desktop picture.
For search engines and AI assistants the site publishes the hotel's details as structured data (address, check-in times, amenities and the booking link), a sitemap with every room, guide and event page, an llms.txt summary and a robots.txt that lets AI crawlers in. It was built between September 2025 and July 2026.
thelobbyboy, a hotel system from Prishtina with a channel manager and a booking engine. Every Book button opens ZOE's booking page there. If your hotel already runs a channel manager or a PMS, we connect the site to that one instead.
In the booking step, which comes straight from the hotel's system, so the rate a guest sees is the current one. The room pages carry no prices that could go out of date, and the offer line at the top of the site is a setting, not code.
Yes. ZOE's site is in English with Albanian and Turkish pages, chosen for the guests the hotel expects. Each language is marked so search engines show guests the right version. More on hotel websites.
From the same structured data search engines read, plus two files of their own: an llms.txt that sums up the hotel, its rooms and where to book, and a robots.txt that lets AI crawlers read the site.
