The foundation is the same in every market we work in: fast, accessible, legally clean and measurable. For the UK and Ireland, the whole project runs in English, from the first call to the handover.

We do not publish a price list: every project gets its own fixed written quote, free of charge and in your inbox within two working days of the first call. The table shows what each kind of project includes and how long it takes.

We work from Prishtina on Central European Time, one hour ahead of London and Dublin, so our hours overlap your working day. You talk to the engineer who builds the system, on video calls at normal times.

The project runs on milestones with acceptance: something working every week or two, your sign-off, then the next piece.

Project documents and the interface are delivered in English, and in a second language where the build needs one.

If you are in Ireland and plan to use a grant, check with your Local Enterprise Office whether the Trading Online Voucher applies to your project. We supply the quote and documentation in the format they ask for; the decision is theirs.

We work under a contract for a defined result, not an open time-and-materials arrangement. Every milestone carries written acceptance criteria and a sign-off, and on top of your rights under Kosovo law we fix any defect found within 30 days of launch at no cost.

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, in particular Law No. 04/L-077 on Obligational Relationships, wherever you are based. Disputes are settled first by agreement between us. Failing that, the courts of Prishtina have jurisdiction: for a dispute between businesses, the Commercial Court of Kosovo (Gjykata Komerciale). Invoices are issued from Kosovo, in euros, under Kosovo tax law, for UK and Irish clients alike, and paid by bank transfer. The payment route and who carries which bank fee are written into the quote before you sign. Any tax due in the UK or Ireland is settled on your side, and your accountant confirms how.

When we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a written data-processing agreement under Article 27 of Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data, which follows the EU's GDPR. The draft comes with the quote, together with a sub-processor list, our technical and organisational measures and a deletion plan, and where you need the data kept in the EU, we host it there. If your own law requires additional clauses, we add them to your contract on request.
