Websites, stores and software for businesses in the UK and Ireland

For UK and Irish businesses that want a fixed written price, a date they can plan around, and a site they actually own. We build remotely from Prishtina, inside your working hours, with acceptance at every milestone.

01

Who this is for

Three situations bring UK and Irish businesses to us. In all three the real question turns out to be ownership, not price.

  • The business on a pay-monthly website it never owned. The model is rarer here than in mainland Europe, but where it exists the total over the term passes what a one-off build costs, and the term rarely ends with you owning anything.
  • The company that outgrew a template shop: a slow site, an editor that fights the way you actually sell, and every new feature costing more than the last.
  • The agency that needs senior overflow capacity: fixed scope, your brand, your repository, no contact with your client. That arrangement has its own page.
02

What you get

The scope is the same in every European market we work in, because the requirements are: fast, accessible, legally clean, and yours at the end.

  • A multilingual build where you need one: English plus any other language from a single codebase, with correct hreflang, instead of two sites drifting apart.
  • A performance and accessibility baseline that applies to every project and that you can measure yourself: what every build includes.
  • Legal pages integrated exactly as you or your solicitor approve them, consent logic included. We build them; we do not write legal advice.
  • An accessibility audit as an option, with a prioritised report and a conformance statement: accessible websites under the European Accessibility Act.
  • A data-processing agreement with the standard contractual clauses, a sub-processor list and our technical and organisational measures: data-processing agreement.
  • Ownership from day one, and a care plan afterwards only if you want one. Code, domain, accounts and content are in your name either way.
03

What it costs

These are floors for the scope described, not a rate card. They sit inside the band the UK and Irish cost guides teach, and deliberately not below it: an entry price that looks too good is usually recovered later through change requests.

The quote that follows is fixed and final. It itemises what is included, and scope changes are quoted separately before they happen.

Starting prices. UK invoices carry no UK VAT; Irish invoices fall under the EU reverse charge.

How a project runs from here

We work remotely from Prishtina on Central European Time, which overlaps your whole working day. Questions are answered the same day, and you talk to the engineer building the system.

After the first call you get a fixed written quote within two working days. The project then runs on milestones with acceptance: something working every week or two, your sign-off, then the next piece. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and content changes for 30 days after launch.

Payment is half at the start and half at go-live; anything above three thousand euros is split into three milestones tied to deliverables. Project documents and the interface are delivered in English, and in a second language where the build needs one.

If you are in Ireland and plan to use a grant, check with your Local Enterprise Office whether the Trading Online Voucher applies to your project. We supply the quote and documentation in the format they ask for; the decision is theirs.

05

Contracts, invoices and data

We work under a contract for a defined result, not an open time-and-materials arrangement. Every milestone carries written acceptance criteria and a sign-off, the statutory rights under the governing law apply on top, and we add our own: any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost.

VAT: our invoice carries no UK or Irish VAT, because we are not established or registered in either country. A VAT-registered customer accounts for it under the reverse charge and recovers it in the same return, so for a fully recovering business that is a bookkeeping entry, not a cost.

Invoices are issued in pounds for UK clients and euros for Irish clients, and paid by bank transfer. The payment route and who carries which bank fee are written into the quote before you sign.

Data protection: there is no EU adequacy decision for Kosovo, which is why the paperwork ships with the quote rather than being requested later: a data-processing agreement, the standard contractual clauses, a sub-processor list, our technical and organisational measures and a deletion plan, with EU hosting where data has to stay in the EU. Where the contract is governed by UK law we also sign the transfer paperwork your counsel asks for.

Our own company details, registration number and contact are on the imprint.

Proof

For a Swiss field-service company with six branches we built a complete operations platform remotely: dispatch, iPad job reports, timesheets with local surcharge rules and accounting export, with every document generated from code. Read the full case study.

Websites, stores and booking systems from other projects are public: see all work.

What we put in writing

These are not marketing lines. They are the terms that go into every quote we send, so you know exactly what you get and when.

01

A reply within one working day

Every message is answered by the engineer who will build the project, not by a salesperson. The fixed written quote follows within two working days of the first call.

02

A fixed, written, final price

The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately, before they happen.

03

Delivery windows we keep

Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.

04

Design approved before we build

You see and approve the design on screen before a line of code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and so are small content changes such as text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.

05

Payment in two halves

Half at the start, half at go-live. Projects above three thousand euros are split into three milestones tied to deliverables, never paid in full up front.

06

Everything is yours from day one

Domain, accounts and content are registered in your name, and the code lives in your repository from the first commit under a full licence to use it. Every remaining right transfers on final payment. No mandatory subscription, no locked code, no hostage situation.

07

A 30-day warranty and measured performance

Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships inside the performance budget written into the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Can you invoice in pounds, and what happens with VAT?

Yes. UK clients are invoiced in pounds, Irish clients in euros, by bank transfer. The invoice carries no VAT: you account for it under the reverse charge and recover it in the same return. The quote names the payment route and the bank fees.

Do you have a UK or Irish address?

No. We are registered in Prishtina and say so in the imprint rather than renting a mailbox to look local. What you get instead is checkable: a registration number, a contract with acceptance criteria, the full data-protection pack and a delivered European reference.

Who signs the data-processing agreement?

You as controller, we as processor. The draft goes out with the quote, with the standard contractual clauses, the sub-processor list and our technical and organisational measures, so your counsel can review it before the project starts.

What if we would rather pay monthly for the site?

We separate the two instead of blending them. The build is paid once and belongs to you; the ongoing work is a monthly care plan you can cancel without losing the site. What we do not sell is a term at the end of which you own nothing.

How do revisions work?

Two rounds of design revisions before any code is written, and content changes for 30 days after launch. After that they run through the care plan or are quoted in advance.

Do you write the privacy notice and terms as well?

We build and integrate them, set up the consent logic, and tell you which required details are missing. The wording is approved by you or your solicitor. Legal advice is not one of our services.

Your Kosovo pages start from €600. Why more here?

Because they are two different packages, and both are open to anyone. The basis package is our Kosovo list: one language, your own text and images, legal pages as a finished structure, no accessibility audit, no contract beyond the quote; a small, contained tool starts there at €3,000. For a business selling in the United Kingdom or Ireland it is rarely the right tool: concept and copy, two languages, accessibility, consent, a data-processing agreement and measurement are exactly the work that makes the difference. The price on this page is the price for that scope, not a markup for the market. The Kosovo list, with what it covers: how much a website costs in Kosovo.
