Websites, stores and software for businesses in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland

Three situations bring Nordic companies to us, and in all of them the question is what happens to the site afterwards.

• The company on a monthly website plan it never owned. Denmark, Norway and Finland have a mature market for these, usually on a twelve to thirty-six month commitment, and at least one provider says outright that the customer owns nothing.
• The business that outgrew a template shop: a slow site, a catalogue that no longer fits, and an editor that turns routine changes into a support queue.
• The agency buying senior overflow capacity under its own brand, with a written non-solicit and no contact with its client: that has its own page.

Nordic buying checklists are specific: comparable quotes, a reference customer, written confirmation that you own the domain, content and source code, and an agreed spec before work starts. All of it is how we already work.

• A multilingual build where you need one: a Nordic language plus English from one codebase, with correct hreflang and one editorial workflow.
• A performance and accessibility baseline that applies to every project and that you can measure yourself: what every build includes.
• Legal pages integrated exactly as you or your legal adviser approve them, consent logic included. We build them; we do not write legal advice.
• An accessibility audit as an option, with a prioritised report and a conformance statement: accessible websites under the European Accessibility Act.
• A data-processing agreement with the standard contractual clauses, a sub-processor list and our technical and organisational measures: data-processing agreement.
• Ownership from day one, and a care plan afterwards only if you want one. Code, domain, accounts and content are in your name either way.

We quote a fixed price per project rather than an hourly rate, which is the main difference from the local market: the number below is what the finished result costs, not what the hours add up to.

These are floors for the scope described. The written quote is fixed and final, itemised, and scope changes are quoted before they happen.

We work remotely from Prishtina on Central European Time, level with Sweden, Denmark and Norway and one hour behind Finland. The person on the video call is the engineer building the system.

After the first call you get a fixed written quote within two working days. The project then runs on milestones: something working every week or two, your sign-off, then the next piece. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and content changes for 30 days after launch.

Payment is half at the start and half at go-live, and anything above three thousand euros is split into three milestones. Documents and the interface come in English, plus a Nordic language where needed.

Accessibility is worth settling early. In the EU member states the European Accessibility Act has applied since 28 June 2025, measured against EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 AA. Norway has not taken it over, but an earlier version of the standard already binds private-sector sites there.

We work under a contract for a defined result: written acceptance criteria per milestone, sign-off before the next phase starts, and our own warranty that any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost.

VAT: our invoice carries no local VAT. In Sweden, Denmark and Finland a business customer self-accounts under the EU reverse charge, and in Norway your company reports it the same way for remotely deliverable services. For a fully recovering business it is a bookkeeping entry, not a cost.

For Swedish clients: the work is performed remotely from Kosovo, and we provide the contract, the scope and the invoices your accountant needs for the file.

Invoices are issued in euros and paid by bank transfer, with quotes in your local currency on request. The payment route and the bank fees are named in the quote before you sign. You will not find us in the Nordic company registers, which list companies registered there.

Data protection: there is no EU adequacy decision for Kosovo, so the paperwork ships with the quote: a data-processing agreement, the standard contractual clauses, a sub-processor list, our technical and organisational measures and a deletion plan, with EU hosting where data has to stay in the EU.
