Websites, stores and software for businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium

Three situations bring Dutch and Belgian companies to us, and in every one of them the language count is what makes a local quote jump.

• The company on a monthly website subscription it never owned. Those arrangements are everywhere in this market, usually on a fixed term, and the clause that says who owns the site at the end is the one most of them leave out.
• The business that outgrew a template shop. Two or three languages, a catalogue that no longer fits, and an editor that turns every change into a support ticket.
• The agency buying senior overflow capacity under its own brand, with a written non-solicit and no contact with its client: that has its own page.

Multilingual is the default here rather than an add-on, and that is where most of the difference in effort actually sits.

• Dutch, French, English and any further language from a single codebase, with correct hreflang and one editorial workflow instead of three parallel sites.
• A performance and accessibility baseline that applies to every project and that you can measure yourself: what every build includes.
• Legal pages integrated exactly as you or your legal adviser approve them, consent logic included. We build them; we do not write legal advice.
• An accessibility audit as an option, with a prioritised report and a conformance statement: accessible websites under the European Accessibility Act.
• A data-processing agreement with the standard contractual clauses, a sub-processor list and our technical and organisational measures: data-processing agreement.
• Ownership from day one, and a care plan afterwards only if you want one. Code, domain, accounts and content are in your name either way.

These are floors for the scope described. They sit inside the band Dutch and Belgian agencies publish for the same work and deliberately not under it: the local cost guides are right that a cut-price store usually costs more later, and we are not interested in proving them right.

The written quote that follows is fixed and final, itemised line by line, with scope changes quoted separately before they happen.

We work remotely from Prishtina on Central European Time, so the working day is shared. Questions are answered the same day, video calls sit at normal hours, and the person on the call is the engineer building the system.

After the first call you get a fixed written quote within two working days. The project then runs on milestones with acceptance: something working every week or two, your sign-off, then the next piece. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and content changes for 30 days after launch.

Payment is half at the start and half at go-live, and anything above three thousand euros is split into three milestones tied to deliverables. The interface and the delivered documents come in Dutch, French or English as the build requires.

One thing to check before choosing any supplier: in Wallonia the regional enterprise cheques reimburse part of eligible digital spend but run through accredited suppliers, and we are not one. If your budget depends on that scheme, confirm the rules first.

We work under a contract for a defined result: written acceptance criteria per milestone, sign-off before the next phase starts, and our own warranty that any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost.

VAT: our invoice carries no Dutch or Belgian VAT. As a business customer you self-account for it under the EU reverse charge with your own VAT number and recover it in the same return, so for a fully recovering company it is a bookkeeping entry rather than a cost.

Invoices are issued in euros and paid by bank transfer. The payment route and the bank fees are named in the quote before you sign.

Data protection: there is no EU adequacy decision for Kosovo, so the paperwork ships with the quote: a data-processing agreement, the standard contractual clauses, a sub-processor list, our technical and organisational measures and a deletion plan, with EU hosting where data has to stay in the EU.
