Italian where it matters
The interface, the project documents and the generated PDFs can be delivered in Italian on request; the working language is English.
For Italian companies that want a fixed written price, a delivery date and full ownership of what they paid for. We build remotely from Prishtina, inside your working hours, and deliver project documents in Italian on request.
Three situations bring Italian companies to us. Price is rarely the first question; what happens when the supplier stops answering usually is.
This page is in English, and so is the working language of the project. What the business keeps can be delivered in Italian on request: the interface, the project documents, the handover material and the generated documents.
These are floors for the scope described, priced inside the band Italian studios publish for the same work rather than under it. Where a published price is one of the few legible quality signals, an unusually low number reads as a warning.
The written quote that follows is fixed and final, itemised, and scope changes are quoted before they happen.
| What | From | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Business website | €2,400 | Discovery, design approved on screen, build, multilingual structure, legal pages integrated, analytics, handover. 3 to 5 weeks. |
| Online store | €5,400 | Catalogue, checkout, shipping and tax logic, integration with your payment setup, training for your team. 5 to 8 weeks. |
| Custom software | €9,000 | Process mapping, a first working version in 4 to 6 weeks, roles and permissions, integrations, documentation. |
| Care plan, per month | €129 | Updates, security patches, backups with a restore test, performance reporting and a fixed allowance of changes. |
We work remotely from Prishtina on Central European Time, the same clock you work to. Questions are answered the same day, and the person on the call is the engineer building the system.
After the first call you get a fixed written quote within two working days. The project runs on milestones with acceptance: something working every week or two, your sign-off, then the next piece. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and content changes for 30 days after launch.
Payment is half at the start and half at go-live, and anything above three thousand euros is split into three milestones. Project documents, the interface and the generated PDFs can be delivered in Italian on request.
If your budget depends on a regional digitalisation voucher, settle that before choosing a supplier. Some schemes require the supplier to be established in Italy or the EU, which we are not, so confirm with the issuing body first.
We work under a contract for a defined result: written acceptance criteria per milestone, sign-off before the next phase starts, and our own warranty that any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost.
VAT: we have no Italian VAT number and our invoice carries no Italian VAT. For services bought from a supplier established outside the EU, the Italian business customer is liable for the tax and books it with an autofattura under art. 17, comma 2 of DPR 633/1972, in both the sales and the purchase registers. For a company that recovers VAT in full that is cash-neutral, and we say so up front rather than leaving it to the first invoice.
Invoices are issued in euros and paid by bank transfer. The payment route and the bank fees are named in the quote before you sign.
Data protection: there is no EU adequacy decision for Kosovo, so the paperwork ships with the quote: a data-processing agreement, the standard contractual clauses, a sub-processor list, our technical and organisational measures and a deletion plan, with EU hosting where the data has to stay in the EU.
Our own company details, registration number and contact are on the imprint. We have no Italian P.IVA to show in the footer, and we say so rather than leave the question hanging.
For a Swiss field-service company with six branches we built a complete operations platform remotely: dispatch, iPad job reports, equipment tracking, timesheets with local surcharge rules and accounting export, with every document rendered from code in the client's own language. Read the full case study.
The rest of the work, websites, stores and booking systems, is public: see all work.
The interface, the project documents and the generated PDFs can be delivered in Italian on request; the working language is English.
No Italian VAT on the invoice, and the autofattura route under art. 17, comma 2 of DPR 633/1972 stated in the quote.
Code, domain, accounts and content in your name, with or without a care plan. No fixed term, no template rented by the month.
Real, shipped work for real clients across Kosovo and Europe.

These are not marketing lines. They are the terms that go into every quote we send, so you know exactly what you get and when.
Every message is answered by the engineer who will build the project, not by a salesperson. The fixed written quote follows within two working days of the first call.
The quote lists everything included, and the price you sign is the price you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately, before they happen.
Business website: 3 to 5 weeks. Online store: 5 to 8 weeks. Web app or custom software: a first working version within 4 to 6 weeks, the rest on a written plan.
You see and approve the design on screen before a line of code is written. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and so are small content changes such as text, photos and prices for 30 days after launch.
Half at the start, half at go-live. Projects above three thousand euros are split into three milestones tied to deliverables, never paid in full up front.
Domain, accounts and content are registered in your name, and the code lives in your repository from the first commit under a full licence to use it. Every remaining right transfers on final payment. No mandatory subscription, no locked code, no hostage situation.
Any defect found within 30 days of launch is fixed at no cost. The site ships inside the performance budget written into the quote, with a Core Web Vitals report on your own domain and a lab test you can repeat yourself.
Yes, invoices are in euros and paid by bank transfer. We have no Italian VAT number, so the invoice carries no IVA: you are liable for the tax and record it with an autofattura under art. 17, comma 2 of DPR 633/1972. For a company that recovers VAT in full it is cash-neutral.
No, and we prefer to say it plainly. We are registered in Prishtina and publish the registration number in the imprint. What replaces it in a supplier file is the rest of the paperwork: a contract with acceptance criteria, the data-protection pack and a fixed written quote.
You as controller, we as processor. The draft goes out with the quote, with the standard contractual clauses, the sub-processor list and our technical and organisational measures.
That segment is real and the monthly number is genuinely low, but it usually buys a template on a fixed term. We separate the two: the build is paid once and belongs to you, and the care plan can be cancelled without losing the site.
Two rounds of design revisions before any code is written, and content changes for 30 days after launch. Anything after that runs through the care plan or is quoted in advance.
We build and integrate them, wire up the consent logic, and tell you which required details are missing. The wording is approved by you or your legal adviser.
Because they are two different packages, and both are open to anyone. The basis package is our Kosovo list: one language, your own text and images, legal pages as a finished structure, no accessibility audit, no contract beyond the quote; a small, contained tool starts there at €3,000. For a business selling in Italy it is rarely the right tool: concept and copy, two languages, accessibility, consent, a data-processing agreement and measurement are exactly the work that makes the difference. The price on this page is the price for that scope, not a markup for the market. The Kosovo list, with what it covers: how much a website costs in Kosovo.
Tell us a little about your idea or business and we'll reply with a plan and a quote, no obligation.
